The 10th Annual Chicago Rum Festival
The 10th Annual Chicago Rum Festival returns with a focus on education. The festival offers an immersive tasting experience featuring more than 40 award-winning premium rum brands.

April 25th, 2 pm – 7 pm

Cohasset Zombie:
2 ounces Cohasset Punch
¾ ounce pot-still overproof rum (e.g. Smith & Cross)
¾ ounce Falernum
¾ ounce lime juice
½ tsp absinthe (e.g. Letherbee [local])
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake well with ice, and strain into a tall glass filled with pebble or crushed ice. Add a straw and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Big Shoulders:
1½ ounces Cohasset Punch
1 ounce gin
¼ ounce Jeppson’s Malört
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
